Life is Relationships : How and Why?

"Many of our life problems (health, marriage, problems of materialistic nature, business, problems with children, and diseases from dependence) have connections with a family in which we live, with a family in which we grew up as well as family from which our parents derived.

We receive from our ancestors not only the color of our hair or tendency toward epilepsy, or heart diseases, but also a variety of psychological stresses, traumas and pains among which many are on the level of secrecy. Since long ago people have experienced one feeling, which they transformed into saying ". When grandparents eat sour grapes the grandchildren's teeth turn numb

Person suffering chronic illness, often comes from a family where there are many "unfinished businesses" in the past.

Fore example: Family who's members has serious emotional problems, serious conflicts within members going on, or just a lot of feeling of guilt, fear and resentment. Sometimes, those conflicts and entangling are on unconscious level, and person is not aware of it. If those conflicts and problems are not addressed, health, if achieved, is just an illusion, short term experience.

MOST SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS come from difficult relationship between people.

But, for most people, dealing with those problems is not easy. Being married with a "wrong" person, being divorced, being unable to communicate with your kids ... finding solution to similar problems seems very difficult for many people! It takes a long time to learn, to adjust, to forgive, and to tolerate.

Unfortunately, people who need changes the most, those who are seriously ill, are just too ill to realize it. Most sick people are just too sick to even try simple and easy things like water cure, liver cleanse, juicing, lemonade diet....

Family and Subconscious plays a big part in our health. When we are talking about subconscious, we are talking about past.

"Beside the color of our eyes or tendency toward epilepsy, from our ancestors we inherit various kinds of feelings, tragedies, traumas, tempers, tresses, misfortunes. We also inherit the terror and fear of living in poverty, hunger, insecurity, etc (nevertheless of our temporary status)."

"Families have numerous levels on which they exist and on which they function in the same way as each of us individually. There is a difference between the visible (so called manifesting) level of family's relationship and the level of hidden feelings, games and positions (so called latent level). The pathological balance frequently exists on exactly this hidden level, which, after long-term stagnation of energy, creates sickness or pathological process to that family or to their members."

"Today we are aware of the fact that any serious emotional trauma that happened in the past to you (or your parents) can have a significant effect on the continual state of your health.

People can also strongly suffer from emotional trauma inherited from parents who lived with hidden and unsolved rejection, with concentration camp or refugee drama or ancient separation during birth.

All this pervades the descendents and brings them in an emotional state, which they don't remember experiencing at all. We can frequently see how, in families, children reflect their parents, as if they are looking in the mirror. The characteristics that they have taken from their parents or some distant ancestor may include the tendency toward depression, fear, self-criticism, lack of conscience, self-rejection, etc. It is therefore very clear that the emotional trauma is the main reason for bad health."

"Unfinished businesses within family can block and take away the family energy. These can be various family secrets about family's conflicts, murders, war sufferings, rapes, religious intolerances, adultery, frauds, plunders, betrays, etc."

Solution:

"By finishing the unfinished business a lot of life energy can be released."

"Secrets and lies within a family are very important, because secrets, hidden thoughts and feelings are those that produce the unfinished business and knots. Very often almost whole family energy is spent to keep some secret on the safe place, so the members of the family hardly have strength for anything else in their life."

Soul is a part of us, which connects our body (material aspect of our existence) and our spirit (our connection with spiritual). Soul is a part of us that is connected to emotions and in this way it knows all truths from the beginning to the end. It is not like mind which analyses, interprets, judges, synthesizes and babbles, babbles, babbles, etc It's medium is not a word but a picture.

A lot of things that determine our lives, happiness and health belong to those latent levels and it processes beyond the level of our consciousness. Not only does there exist a large subconscious part of us connected to our individual lives from the beginning until present moment, but also there exist a large part in that subconscious that is filled with various important elements from the whole evolution, from prehistoric human until today. As in some unimaginably big computer, tidily in our subconscious we have sorted files that possess all the emotionally important information from the prehistoric days until today.

This is known as collective subconscious.

Beside individual and collective subconscious, in subconscious part of us there exist one more "sector" in which are placed files that possess something that is called familiar subconscious. This is something that we inherit from our ancestors through our genetics. These are furthermore those "programs" in our lives that are often, automatically and unconsciously happening and determining our destiny. Therefore we, beside the color of our eyes or tendency toward epilepsy, inherit various kinds of feelings, tragedies, traumas, tempers, stresses, also the pain of midwife whose children are dying while giving them birth, the misfortune of their mother to whom they forbid to marry the love of her life, we also inherit the terror and fear of living in poverty (nevertheless of our temporary status).

"That is why we often notice within family, for example, five generations of lawyers or seven generations of doctors or four generations of alcoholics, suicides, schizophrenics, divorces, etc."

"If the children are the ones whose problems are involved, then the adequate people should work for them in the therapy as their parents or very close relatives."

It is important to learn what is right and what is wrong, in relationship with people. It is important to regret doing things that are bad. It is important to forgive to those who regretted. It is important to forgive to yourself. It is important to learn from mistakes. It is important to love your parents, your ex partners, your present and your past partners, your children, born and unborn, alive or dead.

It is important to do good to people. It is important to do good to your own children. It is important to support your children. The best that a parent can do for their own children is to love the other half, the other parent. How do you show love to your children? By showing them that you love the other parent! Lack of this love may cause imbalances that will be felt through generations.

The Four Factors of Success

The Four Factors of Success

Video Link: http://www.youtube.com/user/worldofoneness#p/u/86/-o6F_ZPyn2s

There are four factors which are essential for the success of an individual. First and foremost, you need a clear vision. A life without a vision is like a journey without a destination. Every one of you has an option, either to drift along like a dry leaf carried in the winds or fly like an arrow towards your goal and the universe would help you reach where you want. The universe is like 'Aladin's Majic Lamp', it will give you whatever you seek. Secondly, you need to have a focused mind. A mind that is capable of attention, that is capable of hard thinking. Thirdly, you ought to have excellent relationships within the family. A strong civilisation stands on the foundation of a strong family. In a world of accelerated change which requires a very loving relationship between children and parents to keep ourselves sane. If your relationship with your parents is set right all problems whether with your academics or with your career will dissolve miraculously. Ultimately, you need to live in a state free of conflict, a state of existence where you feel connectedness and love.

How to go beyond negative thoughts

The power of thought. Isn't it amazing how whatever you focus on becomes the life you lead? Every thought that you invest in becomes your reality through the Law of Attraction. So why is it that the negative thoughts just sneak in and do their best to derail all that you've been thinking positively about? Why would your negative thoughts even want to derail you, and how do you keep this from happening? Someone once said, "Worrying is like little seeds of prayers and thoughts that are asking for what you don't want." Here are a few tips on how to get beyond the negative thoughts you may be harboring.

Observe the negative thoughts instead of 'buying into' them:

Sometimes it can be hard to catch a negative thought before it comes into being within your mind. You can be enjoying the afternoon and all of a sudden you'll hear a negative thought that puts you into a tailspin of worry. Do your best to catch your negative thought when it comes into your mind and just for a moment step aside and observe your own logical mind and why you are having that particular thought. Get to the root of the matter. Are you worrying for the sake of worrying? Are you anticipating some event that you may be up against next week? Find out where the negative thought is coming from and just observe instead of participate. Is the negative thought stemming from some worry or from insecurity within you? Whatever the reason, just observe the negative thought and dig deeper within you. Is the negative thought stemmed in worry? Will the worrisome situation actually have a chance of happening "for real?" Get to the bottom of the thought and break it down. Don't become frustrated that you have negative thoughts. We all have them. It is our reaction to them that is the changing key. Observe and don't buy into what you may be saying about yourself or another. Take the negative and transform it into a positive. Catch yourself and transform the thought or completely negate it. When you get in a habit of negative thinking you can get rid of the habit by making the effort to catch yourself and observe what the thought is really about.

Every negative feeling and thought is like a boomerang

Remember that every thought and feeling that is repetitive in your mind will come about eventually. Every negative thought and feeling is a boomerang and eventually that boomerang will come back around. Keep this in mind the next time you tell yourself that your negative ways aren't hurting anyone. They are hurting you and creating more of the same. On the contrary if you think negatively and begin to change your mind over to the positive you will have a boomerang that you'll be happy to catch.

Shifting Focus

Contrast is part of being human. How boring would it be if we all liked the same things? What would be valuable in that experience? There is an opposite to everything in life and that is part of the human experience.

Realize that, as many negative thoughts you may have you can have just as easily enjoy many positive ones. Make the effort to make the change. Catch yourself in your own negative patterns and shift the focus as to find the positive in every event in your life. When you begin to make a habit out of finding the positive, no matter what you experience, your reality will reflect more positive things via the Law of Attraction.

Replacing the negative thoughts

It isn't enough to just get rid of the negative in your life. It is important to replace the negative with a positive. When your logical mind starts to understand and change when you disrupt the negative patterns, it must have something to replace that void. If you don't replace the negative pattern the mind will head right back to where it was…in the negative zone. Observe your own thought patterns throughout the day and see where your focus heads the most with the negative. Write it down and when you have the chance write an opposite of that negative. When it pops up throughout the day replace it with the new positive you have made for yourself.

You will find that life will take a turn for you when you are able to keep most of the negative thoughts that creep in from time to time at bay. You noticed we said most…we are all human, you know!

Luck......

Many people think that luck is something that is purely random, unpredictable and difficult to control. That is because they do not know what luck really is. When you are able to know the true definition of luck, you can learn the whole science behind this phenomena and gain control over it.

Luck is another aspect of your reality and perhaps the most powerful and important one. The more conscious and aware you become of the elements of your reality, the more of a conscious and powerful creator you will be.

Your luck is your psychokinetic resonance with the environment you are in. Like everything else, luck is an energy. It is something that is quantifiable not in physical but in nonphysical ways. You can quantify it physically only in terms of its physical manifestations in your life. Luck is dependent on time, place and consciousness.

When you are lucky, you are in mental and emotional resonance with your surroundings.
When you are unlucky, it is the opposite. The level of resonance is the level of your luck.

Luck is also a feeling or emotion because emotion is energy in motion. When you are lucky, you are also feeling lucky. Your feeling is your vibration and therefore you are vibrating luck and feeing it. You feel and experience that everything is working for you when you are lucky.

You feel that everything is working against you when you aren't lucky. A state of vibrational harmony or disharmony with your environment is the whole explanation for this. You either feel that things are in a flow or things are disrupted.

Your energy level determines your luck vibration. At times when you are feeling low of energy, that is also when your luck vibration is at a low point. You are more likely to make careless mistakes, become more accident prone and flop up in some way. When you are feeling high of energy, that is also when your luck vibration is in a high state. You are sharper, clearer and more in the zone. You seem to be able to do amazing things in ways that baffle others to the point that makes you seem very skillful or lucky.
Actually luck and skill are one. The more in energetic resonance you are with your environment, the more your skill will work and the luckier you'll seem. You can always observe that when the best are in action, they always seem to have both their skill and the situation working for them. You can never separate luck from skill because after all, they are both part of the same thing called psychokinetic resonance with the environment. Your skill is your capability of handling the situation which depends on luck.
Once you know that luck is an energy, you can depend on it in that manner. You cannot depend on luck that is considered to be random chance occurrence. You can't depend on such things because they do not exist. A non existent thing cannot be depended upon. Everything that exists is a part of consciousness and can be controlled by consciousness. Therefore luck exist and is fully under your control. Knowing this, you never have to fear of bad luck because you can make all things work in your favor.
Since luck is dependent on energy, you have to pay attention to your level of energy in every moment and take charge of it. When you notice that your energy level is low, be more careful with the things you do especially if they are important. You may make mistakes that usually never happen, and wonder how could you be so unlucky or stupid.

You may realize that every time you have made careless or stupid mistakes that seem to be like bad luck, it was when your energy level was indeed at a low point.

Lack of focus and lack of being adequately present minded also creates bad luck. Do you notice that when you make stupid mistakes in situations, you felt that you were not ready? What do you mean by not being ready? You mean that you weren't focusing properly or fully enough, and you weren't being adequately present minded. The first step to controlling luck is to be present minded. If you want to be lucky, you must put your focus in the activity you are doing. Or else you'd create bad luck and mistakes.

Your level of focus and placing your mind in the present determines your psychokinetic resonance with the environment. Focusing is how you channel energy towards a particular time and place. When your focus is here, your energy is channeled here and you experience luck here. Where you focus is where you generate luck in. That is why the secret of success is focus. Successful people are lucky people because they have more focus than the unsuccessful and unlucky ones. Focus to be a lucky one.
Seek to maintain a high level of energy or vibration at all times. People who experience their luck going up and down throughout the day allow their energy to go up and down. People who experience their luck being consistently high all the time maintain their energy and vibration at a high level. At times when your energy is low, seek to increase it to a higher level again. Do not continue doing any work at a low level of energy because you will tend to make mistakes. Recharge your energy first, then work.
Be aware of negative thoughts and feelings that will bring your level of energy or vibration lower. Positive thoughts and feelings bring your energy level and vibrations higher. Therefore choose to think positive thoughts and feel positive emotions, and you will experience more luck and success in your life. You can also increase your luck when you are more intent of succeeding in a certain situation. Your energy of intent will energize you with the luck you need, and that is why willful intent bends the world to you.

Non-acceptance of ourself --- The root cause of all problems

Comparison is essentially sourced in non-acceptance of one's life, parents, body, capabilities or thoughts and emotions.

In resisting the fact and trying to be something that you are not, you suffer from destructive emotions like anger, jealously, hatred, frustration which in turn leads to failure of intelligence.

All problems rise with the failure of intelligence. It is acceptance that liberates you and how does one arrive at acceptance? It is not about understanding, explaining or justifying the situation, but to experience the pain behind it.

As you experience the unresolved emotions that are attached to the situation, all resistance dissolves and you naturally embrace the fact.

This inner acceptance leads to awakening of intelligence and the inferiority complex would naturally disappear.

Time for Reflection:

On what basis, do you compare with others?

Do you suffer from inferiority or superiority complex?

What are your compulsive responses?

Hold a prayer in your heart that you must be blessed with inner acceptance.

Synergy between Humans and the Divine

This was an excerpt from the summary of the 12 Secrets class of Sri Bhagavan during August 2007. Proud to say I wrote that summary, which many people have read and appreciated.
Its url is http://lifeinoneness.blogspot.com/2007/10/3rd-secret-of-breakthrough-technology.html

Consciousness is of Three Kinds:

a. CONSCIOUS -WHAT WE KNOW.
b. UNCONSCIOUS/LOWER CONSCIOUS -WHAT WE DO NOT KNOW.
c. HIGHER CONSCIOUS /PARAMATMA -THE GREATEST.

These are present in every individual as well as in the collective conscious. This is called one mind. Combination of all individual consciousness gives rise to collective consciousness. This is called synergic emergence. But, there need not be any relation between individual and the collective.

Examples-

1. Cells and human body.
2. Computers and internet. (Without computers connected there is no internet and without internet the use of computers is limited).
3. Hydrogen and oxygen combined to give water. Both hydrogen and oxygen encourage fire but, water extinguishes fire. Thus, the behavior of collective varies from the individual.

This is like naras (humans) in together give rise to narayana but narayana is not merely Nara, but a bit greater.

This one mind always takes care of the individuals. Some examples are:

1. In Japan, once crabs were about to get extinct at that govt. banned eating crabs but yet people ate and they were about to be extinct. At that time, on every crab’s back the face of Japanese got visible and instead of eating they started to pray it as god. Thus the one mind of crabs protected its species from extinction.

2. In Holland, when people complained about the destruction made by bucks and dears' at nights in residential areas, govt. passed a rule that these bucks can be killed if they stay in residential areas (before a particular line/border) beyond 12 midnight. At 5 minutes to 12, these animals were beyond this line but at 12 none was beyond the line. Does the bucks know that the Government passed a rule that they can be killed if they stay beyond the border of residential areas if they stay after 12 No, but they all crossed and out of residential areas, because their one mind saved them.

3. In Brazil, a priest by name Martin dePolis was there. He was so powerful that he could even stop a flood. Once, rats ate the curtains in the church. When others wanted to kill the rats, this person told he will talk to rats. He talked to the one mind of rats and an agreement was made that food will be kept for rats daily at a distance of 100 feet from church and rats should not enter church. This is continuing since 350 yrs till date...

4. Farmers in a village in Tamilnadu, grow paddy if birds which migrate to that place build nests at a higher level, and grow groundnut if birds build nests at a lower level. These birds build nests at a height just above the rainfall level so as to save their nests from water. How do they know about rainfall in the year? It is their one mind that is helping them.

5. When ant hills are destructed the engineer ants that stay at depths of 50-80 feet come to ground and rebuild the anthill in minutes and go back. How do they know that their ant hill is being destroyed? It is again their one mind helping them.

6. Snakes in varadaiapalem never bit a single person because an agreement was made with one mind of snakes that we won’t kill them and they should not bite devotees. once, when a new security person killed 2 snakes due to lack of knowledge immediately a homa was done to satisfy the snakes and an agreement was made and till date, no devotee was bitten by a snake was reported.

As per Hindu Shastra, there are 84 lakh species of organisms and each has their one mind. The collection of these one minds was Para Brahma Consciousness is like sand. You can make idols/toys (bommalu) with sand.

The reason I put this post is that I had one such experience in real life just 4 days back on July 1, 2010 when I felt the divine took over me in a difficult situation where I was in a dilemma whether to act in one way or the other, both equally not sure if I will reach the end safely. Thanks Bhagavan.

Wonderful story about stock markets about Europe crisis

Everybody in the west knows the fable of the grasshopper and the ant. The grasshopper is lazy and sings away the summer, while the ant piles up stores for the winter. When the cold weather comes, the grasshopper begs the ant for food. The ant refuses and the grasshopper starves. The moral of this story? Idleness brings want.

Yet life is more complex than in Aesop’s fable. Today, the ants are Germans, Chinese and Japanese, while the grasshoppers are American, British, Greek, Irish and Spanish. Ants produce enticing goods grasshoppers want to buy. The latter ask whether the former want something in return. “No,” reply the ants. “You do not have anything we want, except, maybe, a spot by the sea. We will lend you the money. That way, you enjoy our goods and we accumulate stores.”

Ants and grasshoppers are happy. Being frugal and cautious, the ants deposit their surplus earnings in supposedly safe banks, which relend to grasshoppers. The latter, in turn, no longer need to make goods, since ants supply them so cheaply. But ants do not sell them houses, shopping malls or offices. So grasshoppers make these, instead. They even ask ants to come and do the work. Grasshoppers find that with all the money flowing in, the price of land rises. So they borrow more, build more and spend more.

The ants look at the prosperity of grasshopper colonies and tell their bankers: “Lend even more to grasshoppers, since we ants do not want to borrow.” Ants are far better at making real products than at assessing financial ones. So grasshoppers discover clever ways of packaging their grasshopper loans into enticing assets for ant banks.

Now, the German ant nest is very close to some small colonies of grasshoppers. German ants say: “We want to be friends. So why do we not all use the same money? But, first, you must promise to behave like ants forever.” So grasshoppers have to pass a test: behave like ants for a few years. The grasshoppers do so and are then allowed to adopt the European money.

Everyone lives happily, for a while. The German ants look at their loans to grasshoppers and feel rich. Meanwhile, in grasshopper colonies, their governments look at their healthy accounts and say: “Look, we are better at sticking to the fiscal rules than ants.” Ants find this embarrassing. So they say nothing about the fact that wages and prices are rising fast in grasshopper colonies, making their goods more expensive, while lowering the real burden of interest, so encouraging yet more borrowing and building.

Wise German ants insist, gloomily, that “trees do not grow to the sky”. Land prices finally peak in the grasshopper colonies. Ant banks duly become nervous and ask for their money back. So grasshopper debtors are forced to sell. This creates a chain of bankruptcy. It also halts construction in the grasshopper colonies and grasshopper spending on ant goods. Jobs disappear in both grasshopper colonies and ant nests and fiscal deficits soar, especially in grasshopper colonies.

German ants realize that their stores of wealth are not worth much since grasshoppers cannot provide them with anything they want, except for cheap houses in the sun. Ant banks either have to write off bad loans or they must persuade ant governments to give even more ant money to the grasshopper colonies. Ant governments are afraid to admit that they have allowed their banks to lose the ants’ money. So they prefer the latter course, called a “bail-out”. Meanwhile, they order the governments of the grasshoppers to raise taxes and slash spending. Now, they say, you must really behave like ants. So the grasshopper colonies go into a deep recession. But grasshoppers still cannot make anything ants want to buy, because they do not know how to do so. Since grasshoppers can no longer borrow, to buy goods from ants, they starve. The German ants finally write off their loans to grasshoppers. But, having learnt little from this experience, they sell their goods, in return for yet more debt, elsewhere.

As it happens, in the wider world, there are other ant nests. Asia, in particular, is full of them. There is a rich nest, rather like Germany, called Japan. There is also a huge, but poorer, nest called China. These also want to become rich by selling goods to grasshoppers at low prices and building up claims on grasshopper colonies. The Chinese nest even fixes the foreign price of its currency at a level that guarantees the extreme cheapness of its goods. Fortunately, for the Asians, or so it seems, there happens to be a very big and exceptionally industrious grasshopper colony, called America. Indeed, the only way you would know it is a grasshopper colony is that its motto is: “In shopping we trust”. Asian nests develop a relationship with America similar to Germany’s with its neighbors. Asian ants build up piles of grasshopper debt and feel rich.

Yet there is a difference. When the crash comes to America and households stop borrowing and spending and the fiscal deficit explodes, the government does not say to itself: “This is dangerous; we must cut back spending.” Instead, it says: “We must spend even more, to keep the economy humming.” So the fiscal deficit becomes enormous.

This makes the Asians nervous. So the leader of China’s nest tells America: “We, your creditors, insist you stop borrowing, just as European grasshoppers are now doing.” The leader of the American colony laughs: “We did not ask you to lend us this money. In fact, we told you it was a folly. We are going to make sure American grasshoppers have jobs. If you do not want to lend us money, raise the price of your currency. Then we will make what we used to buy and you will no longer have to lend to us.” So America teaches creditors a lesson from a dead sage: “If you owe your bank $100, you have a problem; but if you owe $100m, it does.”

The Chinese leader does not want to admit that his nest’s huge pile of American debt is not going to be worth what it cost. Chinese people also want to go on making cheap goods for foreigners. So China decides to buy yet more American debt, after all. But, decades later, the Chinese finally say to the Americans: “Now we would like you to provide us with goods in return for your debt to us. Whereupon, the American grasshoppers laugh and promptly reduce the debt’s value. The ants lose the value off their savings and some of them then starve to death.
What is the moral of this fable? If you want to accumulate enduring wealth, do not lend to grasshoppers.

Loksatta and Dr.JP I am amazed

I have been following up with the activities of Lok satta and was reading their blogs as well of late. The recommendations they were giving to the govt., their fight against the govt. ( for its corrupt acts and meaningless rules), are really great.

Some activities of the party which I liked are below.
Fight against the Karanataka govt for reinstating the officials suspended for corruption and harassment of Lokayukta employees for their role in ferreting out corruption, read this link http://news.loksatta.org/2010/06/lok-satta-to-take-fight-against.html is really appreciable. I cannot imagine that corrupt officials are reinstated back to service. How can we allow such a thing in our society. We got to fight against such things.

Recommendation to prohibit widespread liquor all through andhra and justifying that the 18000 crore losses can be avoided by funds from the health ministry of central govt, which stated that if such steps like stopping smoking and prohibiting liquor were taken, then central health ministry will bear any financial losses incurred to the state govts.

Recommendations not to subsidize petrol, diesel and LPG, but subsidize Solar LED. JP has been working in a real commendable way in the kukkatpally constituency. His initiatives on providing proper water, good schools for his constituency people are certainly appreciated by one and all. His views have already started flowing into the minds of people. His organising the Loksatta party, giving a lot of people leadership roles is also quite commendable.

During his speech in his tour to the US recently, JP pointed to the fact that India is the only country where city Mayors are not elected and in India, local govt. have very negligible power. We need a much decentralized govts. like in the US. Even UK which used to have centralized power is moving in that direction, but not us who took their govt as our model.

Many more activities like these have made me really feel good about this party and the person behind the party Mr.JP. Given a chance, I would really love to participate in the activities of the party. And any organisation which stands by its values all through the ups and downs can only inspire people. I believe Loksatta is probably the only such party at this point of time.

Trading Nifty Options - I love it

Nifty Options have been a good challenging and a very profitable task but with a very high rewards and risk too. Everyone fears only of the risk. I had some setbacks too in the beggining. But, the rewards are too good to leave them off. Learn from your mistakes, dont trade by intuition but trade with technique and have a check on all the news. Any minor miss, can make you loose money and always be careful that you bet your money basing on Nifty is sustaining its support levels or not. If nifty falls its support then buy a put and if it is sustaining buy a call option. As simple as that. Start with one lot of Nifty with abt 6k to 10k rupees and as u get profits, go for bigger amounts...............that is all Nifty trading.

Bhagavan, when I going to do this professionally like a finance professional?????????
Hey I always prefer just out of call options only for the maximum rewards.

My first post - Quote of M.K.Gandhi

"You must be the change you wish to see in the world."
- M.K.Gandhi

Really amazed with this quote. How true is this quote. If you ask why Gandhi is so well respected, it is not just because he brought freedom for our nation, it is much more because of his truthfulness and integrity, which made him great being.

At oneness, we learn and realize that we don't accept our own selves, we give a lot of justifications to every action we do. Do we have inner integrity? It is scientifically calculated that on average a person lies about 150 - 200 times a day to himself, and to everyone around him. The strange fact is 90% of these we tell to our own selves. Inner integrity when truly followed can change your life to unbelievable levels. Inner integrity is not being honest, telling the truth in outside world. Inner integrity is accepting your own self as you are. Gandhi used to exhibit enormous energy despite having very little food because of his inner integrity.

If you really want to use this post, try this question to yourself....
1. Why do we lie even in outside world? Think for about 10 minutes and see the answers below and let me know your comments.

We lie most of the times because -
To yourself, because you cannot see yourself in a bad way.
To others, because
1. We don't want to use our energy in telling the truth to others
2. Telling lies has become a habbit.
I think there is one more reason, but I don't have the notes of my Oneness class. will let you know soon...

By the way, I am trying to be integral atleast to myself. Also, it is told when you try to be integral to yourself, you will automatically become an honest person.
Guys, I would love to hear your frank comments on this first blog of mine.
